Healthy Eating at the College

Next week is going to be a busy week at the college and I'll be a part of it. The counseling area, of which I am a part, is doing a week on healthy eating. Should be a really interesting week. Check it out if you are in the area.

Friday, Feb. 9:

“Fearless Friday”: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., LOCATION: Cafeteria – Comfort food specials at the cafeteria including meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots, teriyaki beef salad, brownies and hot chocolate/coffee. A day to drop the diet and love yourself for who you are.
